The academy’s use of VR & XR technologies goes far beyond traditional educational purposes. In fact, as part of our project’s development, we plan to host remote races at the level of world championships. Imagine a scenario where riders from around the world, connected by state-of-the-art technology, compete on simulators from different corners of the globe. The simulators will offer full immersion into the atmosphere of world-famous tracks, with realistic visuals, sounds, and sensations that make the experience as intense as the real thing.

We recognise that among the wealthy, few possess the intense drive needed to succeed at the highest level. Conversely, those who dream but lack resources often demonstrate exceptional motivation and perseverance. Our academy is designed for these individuals.
Most aspiring riders struggle to secure sponsors or catch the eye of a coach willing to invest in them. While some manage to find a way forward, many more fall by the wayside despite their talent. Our academy is committed to finding these overlooked riders and giving them the platform they need to shine.
Selection process: choosing the right riders for the academy
The selection process at Blockchain Sports Motorsport Academy will differ significantly from the traditional motorsport academies, which often prioritize financial ability over talent. Typically, these institutions are open to anyone who can afford the steep costs associated with elite training. While affluent individuals often lack the hunger to push beyond their comfort zones, those with dreams but limited means are often willing to go to extraordinary lengths to succeed.
Statistically, many promising young riders see their careers stall by the age of 11 or 12 due to the prohibitive costs of the sport. Before this stage, most young riders were eager and engaged, but 90% could not continue because they lacked the financial support needed to advance.
We aim to change that by focusing on talent, determination, and potential rather than wealth. Through a rigorous selection process, we will identify riders who, despite financial constraints, have the mindset and skillset to reach the pinnacle of the sport. These riders will be given every opportunity to excel, driven by their passion and commitment.
The near future of blockchain sports motorsport academy
The academy’s journey begins in Almeria. The Spanish motorsport community is already aware of our innovative approach and is eagerly anticipating the launch of a program that promises to democratize access to top-tier racing training.
In the off-season, the project will start recruiting children and teenagers, dividing them into groups for training and assessment. The final selection will take place during this phase, where we will evaluate each candidate’s performance in real-world conditions.
